When will my SPPLY box be delivered?

Any one-time purchase will be packed & dispatched ASAP

Any 3 or 12 month box purchased will have the first box packed & dispatched ASAP. Subsequent boxes will be packed & shipped on 1st of every month thereafter.

Is the packaging recyclable?

The boxes and sleeves are recyclable in as much as they are reusable but they can’t be recycled in paper bins as they have a plastic lamination and contain magnets. We are working on creating a fully recyclable box but in the mean time we would like to encourage reuse of the box and reduce throw-away culture.

What if I need to update my payment details?

You can do this by logging into your account.

What if I need to change my address part way through?

What happens if my SPPLY box does not arrive?

If your SPPLY® box does not arrive within five days of your delivery notice, please contact us via email (info@SPPLY.co.uk) or use the contact form here

EUROPE

If your SPPLY® box does not arrive within ten days of your delivery notice, please contact us via email (info@SPPLY.co.uk) or use the contact form here

Can I cancel my SPPLY® purchase?

You can cancel your purchase within 12 hours of purchasing. Cancellation can be made by emailing the SPPLY® team at info@spply.co.uk with a clear statement of intent. You remain responsible for ensuring that any such change or cancellation is not only transmitted by you, but received by us, in time for the deadline.

Can I get a refund for a delivered box?

SPPLY® do not accept refunds unless there is obvious damage through our transit couriers.

If you’re dissatisfied with your box or any products in it due to being unfit for use, please contact our customer service team on our website or social media platforms or contact us at info@spply.co.uk. We retain the right to request the return of any damaged goods at your cost by recorded delivery to SPPLY® where the products will be inspected. If the fault is agreed, a full credit or refund will be given for the returned goods & return postage charges incurred. SPPLY® will consider refunds for any boxes at our discretion. SPPLY® reserves the right to refuse a refund. 

Do I have to create an account to buy a box from SPPLY®?

Yes, you must create an account or sign into your account before you can shop with us or if you want to see or track your orders.
